Platform Operations Engineer

Role Description

This part-time, on-site role of Platform Operations Engineer is based in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining platform environments, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and efficiency. The role also includes monitoring system performance, providing hands-on support, and working to deliver a seamless operational experience for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting expertise for diagnosing and resolving technical issues
• Proficiency in operating systems, including Linux and Windows
• Effective communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with teams and address user needs
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and in a team environment
• Previous experience in platform operations or system administration is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus
