PLASTERER

Key Responsibilities

- Discussing project plans with relevant stakeholders and clients.

- Examining and priming surfaces for plastering.

- Selecting the appropriate plastering materials for different sites.

- Protecting non-plastering surfaces with appropriate materials.

- Applying different plasters to exterior and interior surfaces.

- Mix plaster, cement, and related materials according to specifications.

- Level, smooth, and finish surfaces to achieve the required texture or smoothness.

- Patch and repair cracked or damaged plaster surfaces.

- Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades to ensure timely project completion.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant plastering experience in construction projects.

- Skilled in various plastering methods

- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in outdoor/site conditions.

- Comply with safety standards and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
