Key Responsibilities
- Mix plaster, cement, and related materials according to specifications.
- Level, smooth, and finish surfaces to achieve the required texture or smoothness.
- Patch and repair cracked or damaged plaster surfaces.
- Follow blueprints or supervisor instructions for specific job requirements.
- Comply with safety standards and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades to ensure timely project completion.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant plastering experience in construction projects.
- Skilled in various plastering methods, including skim coat, sand cement render, and decorative finishes.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in outdoor/site conditions.
