PLANNING MANAGER

• Review and understand all relevant documents and conditions pertaining to the project
• Review of initial mater programME and set-up actual Master programME
• Able to keep track of project progress and identify possible delay events with mitigations such as re-sequencing of work etc.
• Review and comment subcontractor's construction plans and programmes, and incorporate into Master Programme
• Planning contingency programmes in case timeframes change
• Liaise with Clients, Consultants and prepare weekly progress reports
• Liaise directly and regularly in Korean with our Korean headquarters to update process of project
• Act as a key liaison for Korean-speaking executives, staff, and partners.
• Coordinating with HQ team (South Korea)
• Review & approve EOT claims document
• Periodic updates to Headquarters from Korea and Branch office
• Contract Period until June 2026

Job Requirements

• Degree in Architectural Engineering or equivalent
• At least 10 years relevant experience in Building Projects / Construction Industry
• Experience in High-rise Building Project in confined city area preferred
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience for main contractor firm
• Proficient in programming software (Primavera & MS Project)
• Proficient in ERP program for contract & budget management
• A team leader and decision-maker
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Korean as need to liaise with Korean headquarters
