Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and control the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using Primavera P6 for large-scale semiconductor construction projects.
Establish Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), activity logic, resource loading, and baseline schedules.
Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis and monitor schedule performance throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead schedule integration across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
Conduct schedule impact analysis and develop mitigation or recovery plans where delays are identified.
Review and consolidate subcontractor schedules to ensure alignment with overall project milestones.
Drive short-term and long-term look-ahead planning to support construction sequencing and site execution.
Facilitate weekly and monthly progress review meetings and present schedule updates to senior management.
Maintain schedule governance, version control, and documentation in accordance with project standards.
Support interface management across multidisciplinary teams including cleanroom, process utilities, and MEP systems.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Minimum 8 years of hands-on Primavera P6 scheduling experience in large-scale EPC or industrial construction projects.
Proven experience in semiconductor, cleanroom, data centre, or high-tech industrial plant construction preferred.
Strong expertise in WBS development, logic sequencing, resource planning, and CPM analysis.
Experience in design-and-build project environments.
Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-value project environment.
Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required to communicate with stakeholders, especially Chinese-speaking teams, and present updates to senior management and client
Singaporean or Permanent Resident.
