Planning Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Supports in the tender exercise through planning of work execution sequence and value engineering proposals.

2. Prepares master program for the project.

3. Prepares Project Quality Plan and ensures its implementations at site.

4. Ensures works are being done according to Project Quality Plan, monitors and inspect materials and equipment are of approved quality.

5. Prepares Method Statements and coordinates with Safety Team for risk assessments at site as per Authority Requirements.

6. Liaise and applies with relevant Authorities for all Statutory Requirements.

7. Conducts site inspection and internal audit to ensure target work quality is achieved and as per Building Codes.

8. Ensure proper document system are implemented to ensure data traceability.

9. Any ad-hoc duties or tasks as assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of project planning experience in planning of construction works

• Degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction management or equivalent

• Proficient in Primavera 6 / Microsoft Project for submissions to client during tender & project execution phase

• Well-versed in MS Office software for presentations

• Able to work independently, proactive and self-motivated
