Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and ensure piping testing and reinstatement works are carried out in accordance to Project Specification and schedule.
- Performs activities relating to pipe hydro testing, estimate material take off i.e. blind, testing pumps, drying units to complete works.
- Prepares pre-Job Briefing and Tool Box Talk to workforce prior to start the work activity.
- Promotes job safety and environmental awareness to workers and other persons at site.
- Supervision of all piping works and ensures safety and quality standards as per project requirement.
- Performs inspection and approval of all QA/QC submittals to client.
- Performs surveillance and inspection of piping system to ensure tightness of piping system during testing.
- Manages completion of all required deliverables for test pack completion including isometrics red line markups, piping plans and tie-in lists.
- Enforces safe work practices at job site. To monitors and ensure workers Work in a safety manner and all piping job site are in good and safe condition.
- Attends PSCC (Project Safety Coordination Committee) meeting. Joint Daily inspections, weekly
- Managements inspection and Client audit.
- Responsible for the good house keeping at all time for the shops and erection site
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years field experience in piping works preferably in Oil & Gas industry
- Good knowledge in piping works, able to read P&ID and piping shop drawings
