To work in a rotation shift mode (Quarterly Day/Night shift).
To perform failure analysis and material characterization by TEM (Transmission Electron Microscopy)-EDS (Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy) techniques for different IC devices.
To compile analytical reports of FIB/TEM related analysis work.
To closely communicate with customers for understanding analytical requirements, selecting the suitable analysis techniques and the data interpretation.
To actively participate in the new FIB-TEM development work, for driving the PFA quality.
To document new failure analysis operating procedures, training and certification specs.
Job Requirements:
At least Bachelor Degree in in Electrical Engineer / Electronic Engineering / Material Science, or other science/engineering related.
Fresh graduates are welcome also, and intensive training will be provided.
Senior position needs hands-on experience in TEM-EDS for at least 2 years.
Strong language and communication skills.
Team player with strong work ethic and able to thrive independently as well.
Strong language and reporting skills.
Very attractive allowance will be given when working in night shift.
