Physical Failure Analysis Engineer/Senior Engineer (FIB, 2 pax)

Job Description:

• To work in a rotation shift mode (Quarterly Day/Night shift).
• To perform physical failure analysis using FIB techniques
• To prepare TEM samples by FIB related techniques
• To compile analytical reports of FIB-SEM related analysis work
• To document new failure analysis operating procedures, training and certification specs
• To participate in new failure analysis techniques development and evaluation of new technologies.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree/Master in Engineering,
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
• Experience of using FIB/SEM/EDX is highly desirable
• Knowledge of semiconductor devices is a plus
• Keen to learn and able to perform independent work
• Able to do night shift work with flexible working periods. (night shift)
• Very attractive allowance will be given for the night shift.
