Pharmacy Assistant (Alternate Sat, Office Hours) / West

Our client is a Healthcare Supply Chain Solutions industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Pharmacy Technician to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in West.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the receiving, checking, and organization of medication stock.
• Pick, pack, and label medications accurately for delivery orders.
• Repack medications as required (e.g., unboxing, bundling, pre-packing).
• Replenish medications to designated storage locations.
• Assist in inventory counts during stock takes or cycle counts.
• Prepare delivery orders and coordinate handover to couriers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Monitor and restock pharmacy consumables to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow established operational procedures and quality standards.
• Ensure medications are delivered safely, accurately, and on time to patients.
• Provide support for ad hoc tasks and cross-functional operational activities.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum High-tech/diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or relevant sutdies equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare or pharmacy setting.

• Familiarity with medication delivery processes, pharmacy automation, or outpatient pharmacy operations is advantageous.
