Pharmacy Technician (Alt Sat, Office Hours) / West

Our client is a Healthcare Supply Chain Solutions industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Pharmacy Technician to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in West.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and repackage incoming stock to ensure accuracy and quality.

• Process medication orders and prescriptions according to established standards.

• Conduct quality checks on picked medication orders and prepare them for delivery.

• Manage inventory, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and periodic stock takes.

• Collaborate with the IT team to support the implementation and smooth operation of automation and pharmacy systems.

• Coordinate deliveries to healthcare facilities or patients, including reconciliation, handover, and issue resolution.

• Handle billing and documentation for pharmacy services provided.

• Assist in maintaining pharmacy consumables and general housekeeping of the pharmacy section.

• Support quality improvement initiatives and projects to enhance operational efficiency.

• Assist in onboarding, training, and guiding new staff within the pharmacy section.

• Take on team lead responsibilities for assigned sections when appointed.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science, Certificate in Pharmacy Technician course (PSS), or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare or pharmacy setting.

• Familiarity with medication delivery processes, pharmacy automation, or outpatient pharmacy operations is advantageous.
