Brief Summary

Join a dynamic multi-disciplinary team dedicated to providing exceptional pharmacy services to both inpatients and outpatients. Contribute to clinical and administrative duties while ensuring timely and effective healthcare support.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality pharmacy services to inpatients and outpatients. Participate in clinical and administrative tasks within the department. Develop and evaluate pharmacy services to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness for the community. Committed to working during weekends and public holidays as required.

Requirements

Degree or post-graduate degree in Pharmacy. Registered with Singapore Pharmacy Council Strong communication and listening abilities. Effective team player with excellent collaboration skills. Demonstrated clinical competency in pharmacy practices.
