Job Description

The Role

Join one of our four hospitals - Gleneagles Hospital, Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital and Parkway East Hospital.

Key accountabilities

Review medication orders for completeness and appropriateness
Process drug orders and dispense medications to patients
Counsel patients (inpatients / outpatients) on their medications and provide specialised counselling if needed
Perform medication reconciliation
Provide drug information to doctors, nurses and patients
Assist in the preparation of ad-hoc items e.g. extemporaneous preparations, reconstituted antibiotic suspensions
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy or university
Registered with Singapore Pharmacy Council
