Clinic Coordinator - Upper Thomson

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, register, and screen patients; take vitals such as temperature, height, and weight.
• Assist doctors in minor surgical procedures and aesthetic treatments.
• Prepare and dispense medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist in basic clinical and/or laboratory procedures.
• Arrange for lab tests, specialist referrals, and diagnostic procedures.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and appearance through basic housekeeping duties.
• Provide medical services including patient registration, appointment management, and referral coordination.
• Provide administrative support to healthcare providers and clinic staff.
• Manage patient enquiries via phone and email professionally.
• Maintain staff rosters and coordinate internal meetings.
• Oversee inventory: order and restock pharmaceuticals and consumables, perform stock-checks, and manage expiries.
• Submit corporate and government claims for patient visits.
• Ensure adequate office supplies and smooth daily clinic operations.
• Supervise day-to-day administrative operations and general clinic workflow.
• Provide training, onboarding, and guidance to new administrative or support staff.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to clinic protocols and service standards.
• Support the clinic manager or doctor-in-charge in overseeing daily staff coordination.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Clinic Assistant OR at least 1 year as a Clinic Coordinator.
• Phlebotomy skills, wound care experience, or a nursing certificate will be an added advantage.
• Minimum education: GCE O-Level / NITEC / Diploma in any field.
• Able to work independently and on a rotating shift schedule.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and modern software.
