About the Role:
As a Pet Groomer, you will contribute to the smooth running of the Pet Grooming Centre and help provide a premium pet care experience. You will work closely with the retail team to build a dynamic, customer-focused environment, delivering exceptional service to pet owners.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the grooming centre within the retail store.
Schedule grooming appointments efficiently to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain grooming equipment in good working condition.
Perform grooming services (cutting, shaving, styling) according to best practices and customer preferences.
Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and cleanliness of the grooming area.
Safeguard the wellbeing of pets during grooming, following AVA guidelines.
Identify and communicate any abnormalities in pets to customers professionally to avoid misunderstandings.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in grooming dogs, cats, and rabbits.
Possess relevant grooming certification.
Passionate about animals and delivering excellent customer service.
