Job Description

Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including HR policies, recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits and office administration. Provide consultation to the business leaders and handle transactional activities to support the business.

Policies

Review and revise HR policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements

Recruitment & Selection

Liaise with recruitment agencies and place advertisements

Shortlist potential candidates and coordinate interviews

On-boarding

Compensation & Benefits

Process monthly payroll

Prepare employees annual increment, promotion and performance bonus review and letters

Liaise with agent on employees group insurance

Performance Appraisal

Prepare appraisal forms

Compile performance grades and finalize grades after moderation exercise

Responsible for the administration of the performance review exercise, i.e. keeping track of confirmation and annual reviews

Other HR matters

Only qualified candidates will be notified for interviews.
