Your Role & Responsibilities

Elevate Experiences: Guide new members through gym orientations and make every visit memorable.

Tailored Training: Design and deliver customised fitness programs that empower clients to crush their goals.

Lead by Example: Be the fitness role model-showcasing proper techniques, motivating through encouragement, and staying fit yourself.

Track Progress: Utilize cutting-edge tools like body scanners and the Snap App to monitor client milestones.

Grow Together: Conduct group classes that energize and connect members.

Build Connections: Reach out to new members, schedule orientations, and foster strong client relationships.

Drive Success: Achieve performance KPIs with pride, knowing your efforts make a difference.

Keep it Safe & Clean: Ensure our clubs maintain top-tier safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.

What We're Looking For

Experience: At least 2 years in the fitness industry.

Credentials: Diploma in Sports Science or related fields is a bonus certifications from ACSM, NASM, NSCA, ACE, FISAF, ISSA, NCSF are highly valued.

Skills: Exceptional communication, customer service, and team spirit.

Certified: First Aid + AED certified (or willing to become certified).

Attitude: A can-do mindset, positivity, and a willingness to grow with us.
