Job description:
Provide full-spectrum secretarial and administrative support to MD
Assist with daily activities, including managing emails, scheduling meetings, and coordinating agendas.
Prepare reports, documents, and presentation materials for MD
Arrange internal and external meetings.
Handle travel arrangements, including flight reservations, hotel accommodations, and visa applications.
Attend to the personal work of MD
Follow up on sales enquiries via email.
Perform any other duties assigned by MD
Requirements:
Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's, Postgraduate, or Professional Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, Secretarial, or equivalent.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
