Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the MD.
  • Assist in managing MD's daily activities, including email correspondence and meeting arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentation materials for the MD, including coordination.
  • Arrange internal and external meetings.
  • Handle travel arrangements, such as flight reservations, hotel accommodations, and visa applications.
  • Attend to MD's personal work tasks.
  • Follow up on sales enquiries via email.
  • Can involve frequent travel.
  • Actively explore business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma qualification.
  • At least 2 years of similar experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking associates.
  • Proactive, well-organized, meticulous, and able to work independently.
