Typical Duties and Responsibilities

Event Organization: Planning and organizing events and conferences, including logistics and coordination with vendors.
Document Preparation: Preparing communications on behalf of the employer, which may include drafting, formatting, and proofreading documents, briefs, reports, and presentations.
Record Keeping: Maintaining records, databases, and filing systems to ensure information is organized and easily accessible.
Screening Communications: Screening and answering phone calls, memos, emails, and managing other communication channels to prioritize the employer's time.
