Job Description

Our client is a global MNC in providing engineering solutions. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting an Personal Assistant to be part of their Secretarial Team. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.

Duties of Personal Assistant:

  • Provide full administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense reports, and correspondence.
  • Prepare agendas, reports, and presentations for executive meetings track action items and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Assist with project coordination, including timelines, documentation, stakeholder communication, and reporting.
  • Support office operations and facilities management, including vendor liaison, supplies, maintenance, and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires and provide general office administration support.
  • Organize internal events, team offsites, and leadership engagements.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in any field
  • Min 2 years of secretarial experience in supporting C-suites
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
