Job Description

We are looking for a highly capable and versatile Personal Assistant , who is not only efficient in providing personal and administrative support but also skilled in managing business operations, coordinating stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel and logistics.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and professional communications with accuracy.
  • Maintain and update contact lists, ensuring accuracy and strong stakeholder engagement.
  • Support in personal tasks and errands while maintaining discretion.
  • Oversee day-to-day business operations and workflows with efficiency.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain detailed reports, presentations, contracts, and other business documents.
  • Track goals, projects, and deliverables, ensuring timelines and standards are met.
  • Liaise with clients, partners, and internal teams to coordinate business activities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose practical solutions.
  • Support business development initiatives through documentation, records, and follow-up systems.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Business Manager, or similar role.
  • Exceptional documentation skills with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Business acumen with experience in operations, administration, or project management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and CRM/contact management systems.
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and exercise sound judgment.
  • High level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
