About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Personal Assistant to support senior management in daily operations and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate showroom logistics to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handle and organize paperwork and documentation following client meetings.
- Support senior management with meeting arrangements, including scheduling, logistics, and preparation.
- Take accurate minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (clients, mall management, vendors) in a professional manner.
- Provide general administrative and operational support as required.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging with different stakeholders.
- Prior experience as a PA, EA, or in administrative support is an advantage.
- The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and confident in both English and Mandarin communication, with strong interpersonal skills.
