Our client is seeking an independent Personal Assistant to the CEO. The ideal candidate should possess strong management skills, and be able to multi-task to manage deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and accounting support to the CEO
- Manage phone calls and prepare email responses as directed by the CEO
- Coordinate corporate and personal travel arrangements
- Handle procurement matters on behalf of the CEO for both corporate and personal needs
- Plan and organise corporate and personal events for the CEO and family
- Oversee property-related matters for the CEO and family
- Conduct research and prepare reports or materials as required by the CEO
- Support ad-hoc projects and assignments as directed
Key Requirements
- Minimum A level certification or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Resourceful, adaptable, and independent, with strong sense of urgency
- Highly organised, able to multitask, manage deadlines, and perform well under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel overseas for assignments when required
