Job Description

Our client is seeking an independent Personal Assistant to the CEO. The ideal candidate should possess strong management skills, and be able to multi-task to manage deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and accounting support to the CEO
  • Manage phone calls and prepare email responses as directed by the CEO
  • Coordinate corporate and personal travel arrangements
  • Handle procurement matters on behalf of the CEO for both corporate and personal needs
  • Plan and organise corporate and personal events for the CEO and family
  • Oversee property-related matters for the CEO and family
  • Conduct research and prepare reports or materials as required by the CEO
  • Support ad-hoc projects and assignments as directed

Key Requirements

  • Minimum A level certification or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and independent, with strong sense of urgency
  • Highly organised, able to multitask, manage deadlines, and perform well under pressure
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to travel overseas for assignments when required
