What You'll Do
As PA to Leadership
- Be the right hand to our CEO and CCO - managing calendars, travel, and those we need this yesterday requests.
- Prep presentations, client decks, and notes so our leaders always show up ready to impress.
- Track agency priorities, campaigns, and client deadlines to keep the team ahead of the game.
- Be the friendly (and firm) gatekeeper between leadership, clients, and the team.
As Admin Manager for the Agency
- Own the day-to-day flow of the agency - from office operations to making sure brainstorming rooms are stocked with snacks and markers.
- Coordinate with freelancers, production partners, and vendors to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Support HR needs - onboarding newbies, organizing team bonding, and making our culture shine.
- Help with budgets, expenses, and finance processes (we'll keep it creative, promise).
- Must Have:
- Dream up and run agency events, workshops, and offsites that bring our people and clients together.
- Spot inefficiencies and create smarter, smoother processes.Ninja-level organizational and multitasking skills.
- Confident communicator who can deal with everyone - from C-suite execs to caffeine-fueled creatives.
- Tech-savvy with MS Office, Canva and bonus points if you know Xero and Talenox or similar tools.
- A proactive, solutions-first mindset - you don't just see problems, you fix them.
- Energy, adaptability, and a sense of humour (seriously, it helps).
