Permanent Part-Time Retail Assistant – V2 Creations

Job Scope:

• Attend to walk-in customers and assist with enquiries
• Recommend suitable sarees, outfits, jewellery, and gift sets to customers
• Assist customers with sizing, styling, and matching of outfits
• Handle cashiering duties and payment collection
• Pack purchases, gift boxes, and online orders neatly
• Arrange and replenish stock on display shelves and racks
• Ensure the boutique is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
• Steam, fold, and prepare clothing items before display or collection
• Reply to simple customer enquiries on WhatsApp and Instagram
• Assist during Instagram Live sales and promotional campaigns
• Take simple photos and videos for social media content if required
• Help with stock checking and inventory organisation
• Assist during festive periods, pop-up events, and special promotions
• Support opening and closing of the shop

Ideal candidate:

• Friendly and customer-oriented
• Interested in fashion, sarees, and styling
• Comfortable speaking to customers
• Basic social media knowledge is a plus
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
• Able to work weekends and festive periods when needed
