Executive / Senior Executive - Content Production & Marketing

We are a leading financial industry association dedicated to promoting investor education, corporate governance, and awareness of investor rights. Our work bridges the investing community, listed companies, and corporate partners, driving initiatives that strengthen transparency and engagement in the financial market.

  • Salary: Up to $4,562 basic + variable bonus (up to 2 months)
  • Location: Nearest MRT @Maxwell

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM


Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Executive / Senior Executive in Content Production and Marketing to drive digital presence, brand awareness, and marketing initiatives for our programs. You will plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, produce compelling content, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. This role combines content production, digital marketing, and project management, offering exposure to various facets of financial and charity sector marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategise and manage content for newsletters, social media platforms, and website, ensuring consistency with brand and audience needs.

  • Record, capture, and produce video content with clear storyboards and strong narrative flow.

  • Edit videos, translate briefs into engaging digital content, and ensure timely delivery.

  • Manage eDMs, social media scheduling, website updates, and analyse engagement metrics (CTR, watch time, etc.).

  • Support integrated event marketing plans and end-to-end promotion of assigned programs across all channels.

  • Ensure marketing collateral, visuals, and copywriting align with brand guidelines.

  • Explore lead generation strategies to increase subscriber base and audience engagement.

  • Liaise with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors for marketing deliverables.

  • Monitor marketing budget and ensure KPIs are met.

  • Prepare post-event reports and provide recommendations for improvement.

  • Keep up-to-date with marketing trends and implement best practices.

  • Participate in in-person or hybrid events on a rotational schedule.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.

  • 2 years of experience in video/content production, marketing, digital marketing, or social media management .

  • Experience with video recording hardware and editing software.

  • Proficiency in AI applications, Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing tools, and Microsoft Suite. Knowledge of Google Analytics/Ads is a plus.

  • Strong project management skills able to multi-task and deliver quality work on time and within budget.

  • Interest or knowledge in financial services and charity sector marketing.
