Job Summary
Join Senses International as a Perfumery Lab Assistant to support daily fragrance compounding and laboratory tasks, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of samples in a collaborative and innovative environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform general laboratory duties and accurately compound daily fragrance formulations
- Track and manage laboratory inventory levels to ensure timely stock refills from the production floor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, laboratory equipment, and overall lab environment
- Deliver olfactive samples promptly to Perfumers and the Application Laboratory to support ongoing projects
- Dispatch fragrance samples on time to global clients to meet customer expectations
- Respond promptly to ad hoc requests from perfumers to support their work efficiently
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word to support documentation and inventory tracking
- Ability to work meticulously and patiently to ensure accuracy in fragrance compounding and lab tasks
- Ability to work effectively as a team player to support collaborative lab operations
- No known chemical allergies to safely handle fragrance materials
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Completion of N Level, O Level, or NITEC certification in Science, Chemistry
- Fresh school leavers are welcome as training will be provided
