Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the company's daily administrative and basic financial work. File management and document archiving. Managing mail, express delivery, office supplies, and daily procurement. Assisting in arranging meetings, schedules, and other paperwork. Maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of company documents and personnel information. Preparing basic reports, forms, and documents. Coordinating with external service providers (such as utilities, repairs, express delivery, etc.), issuing invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts. Recording daily transactions and maintaining the accounting system or ledgers. Safeguarding and organizing all financial documents, etc.

atJob Requirements: Prior experience in clerical, administrative, or accounting work a diploma in business or office management. Recent graduates are welcome. Basic accounting knowledge is preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel is a plus. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently in a small office.At least 2 years of experience.

Work Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM, 5 days a week
