Job Summary
Support project management by coordinating schedules, resources, and communications to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation for water treatment projects.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and documentation to support timely project delivery
- Facilitate communication with consultants, clients, and contractors to arrange site activities as directed by project leads
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records to ensure compliance and traceability
- Manage purchase and delivery orders, including submission and follow-up of supporting documents, supplier coordination, and invoice tracking
- Assist in daily department operations by preparing progress reports, manpower schedules, and project timelines
- Support shipping scheduling, documentation, and delivery processes to ensure smooth logistics
- Prepare monthly progress reports to update stakeholders on project status
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to support project and departmental needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or Construction-related field
- Prior experience in construction administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and document control systems
- Familiarity with MOM and BCA regulatory processes
- Ability to work independently on-site and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
