Performance Test Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a Performance Test Engineer with hands-on expertise in Tricentis NeoLoad to join our agile team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, scripting, and executing performance tests, identifying system bottlenecks, and providing actionable insights to optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities:

. Develop and execute performance tests using Tricentis NeoLoad.

. Analyze system performance under load identify and report bottlenecks and scalability issues.

. Collaborate with functional test teams to align on test coverage and scheduling.

. Coordinate test activities with offshore TCoE manage timely triage and resolution of issues.

. Deliver clear dashboards, reports, and recommendations to support technical and business decisions.

. Work in an agile, fast-paced environment, balancing shifting priorities and deadlines.

Key Requirements:

. Proven experience with NeoLoad or similar performance testing tools.

. Strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and suggest improvements.

. Ability to collaborate across global, remote, and offshore teams.

. Excellent communication and teamwork skills capable of working independently.
