RoleSummary:
A strategicHR business partner driving business performance and growth with theapplication of data analytics and technologies.
Play a keyrole in providing HR expertise and advice for the entire spectrum of HRfunctions including Talent Development/ Requisition, Employee Engagement etc. supportingthe organization in achieving its business goals and complying to corporate /regionalguidelines.
Scope:
. Strategic HR supportto business driving performance and growth.
. Business Partneroverseeing and provision of guidance to markets without HR.
. Provide regular HRanalytics for decision making.
. Ensure compliance withlocal labour regulations & company policies by keeping abreast with themarket.
. Talent requisitions ina timely manner.
. Involved in talent development& building talent pool and pipeline.
. Promote DREAM inbuilding an inclusive culture.
. Strengthen and buildemployee engagement with myriads of activities.
. Collaborate withTraining & Education Department in building a learning culture leading tocontinuous workforce development
. Support employeedevelopment with Training and Education Department including managing ofmandatory learnings & CEUs
. Lead/ Participate inglobal or regional projects
Academic Qualifications
. Tertiary Education
. HR certification
Experiences/Knowledge
. 5 years of HumanResources experience at the managerial level in an MNC
handling the full HR Life Cycle - HR Operations, TalentRequisition/Development, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management
. Strong stakeholdermanagement
. Hands-on Payrollprocessing experience is essential
. Familiar with labourlaws and regulations.
. Strong competencies inTechnologies, Microsoft Office Skills including Excel and Presentation Tools
