Key Responsibilities:
People Analytics & Insights (50%)
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards covering:
- Workforce productivity across all Business Units (BUs)
- HR headcount, workforce composition, and trends
- Alignment between people deployment and business revenue
- Analyse workforce data to identify:
- Productivity gaps and improvement opportunities
- Headcount efficiency and resource optimisation
- Organisational structure effectiveness
- Generate regular and ad-hoc people insights to support:
- Leadership reviews and business planning discussions
- Workforce planning and organisation design initiatives
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across HR and business reports
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
Business Partnering (50%)
- Partner Business Unit leaders to understand:
- Operational challenges and workforce needs
- Productivity drivers and performance constraints
- Act as a trusted HR advisor by providing data-backed recommendations
- Support HR initiatives using evidence-based insights, including:
- Organisation design and restructuring exercises
- Talent and workforce optimisation planning
- Collaborate with HR teams to align people strategies with business priorities
- Bridge the gap between business requirements and people analytics solutions
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, or related field with min 3years of relevant experience will be an advantage
- Experience in people analytics, HR reporting, or workforce analytics
- Experience with Power BI preferred
- Exposure to HR business partnering or stakeholder-facing roles preferred
- Experience analysing productivity, headcount, or organisational data is an advantage
