Experience & Qualification
- Experience: 5+ years in Electrical Engineering with strong PCB design experience
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree
- Field of Study: Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Computer Science
Role Overview
The Electrical & Electronics / PCB Engineer will be responsible for end-to-end electronic design, from system requirements to PCBA development, working closely with cross-functional engineering teams in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop electronic architecture from system requirements to PCBA level
- Design PCBAs with microprocessors/microcontrollers, including component selection
- Perform board bring-up, prototype verification, and manufacturing NPI support
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Create and maintain engineering documentation, test protocols, and compliance records
- Lead and participate in EE design reviews
- Troubleshoot and resolve EMI / EMC / ESD issues
Required Skills
- Proficiency in OrCAD and PCB CAD design tools
- Strong experience in microcontroller-based hardware design
- Hands-on knowledge of hardware test equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, etc.)
- Solid understanding of EMI/EMC/ESD mitigation techniques
Good-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with life science safety standards such as IEC 61010
- Knowledge of risk management practices in regulated environments
