Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll, including preparation for new hires, leavers, and employee lifecycle changes
  • Prepare manual payments outside normal pay runs (e.g., tax payments, termination payouts)
  • Reconcile payroll clearing accounts and general ledger activities for risk management submission
  • Document payroll procedures and conduct periodic reviews to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
  • Adhere to payroll governance processes and perform 4-eye checks based on segregation of duties
  • Support the payroll manager and team in payroll processing activities
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to employee payroll queries and providing advisory support
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation requirements in Singapore
  • Ensure accurate processing of monthly/year-end tax and tax clearance procedures
  • Participate in country/regional payroll initiatives, aligning processes and sharing best practices
