We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Payroll and HR Junior Executive to support our HR operations. This role offers exposure to both payroll and general HR functions in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in accurate and timely payroll processing
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support HR operations including leave, claims, and benefits administration
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities
- Oversee and manage the work permit application, renewal and cancellation process
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and payroll matters
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies
- Plan and organise Employee Engagement Activities and Events
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior
Requirements:
- Diploma or its equivalent in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) & Google workspace
- Familiarity with payroll software and HRIS systems is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders is an advantage, to support business needs
- Must be able to start immediate or within a short period
