Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities such as job posting, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR documentation
- Help coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events
- Provide administrative support to the HR team in day-to-day operations
- Support compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- 0-2 years of relevant HR or administrative experience (internships welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organised
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with MS Office / HR software
- Eager to learn, proactive, and a team player
