- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and support hiring needs
- Prepare employment contracts and oversee smooth onboarding for new hires
- Maintain and update employee records accurately and securely
- Coordinate staff training schedules and liaise with trainers to ensure smooth execution
- Work closely with departments to identify and meet training requirements
- Manage submissions for government training grants and payroll claims
- Organize and support staff engagement and welfare activities
- Assist in implementing HR initiatives and improvement projects
- Provide general HR support and handle ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Minimum Dip/Deg in Human Resource with at least 1-2 years of payroll working experience.
