- Manage recruitment processes and onboarding for new hires
- Prepare contracts and maintain accurate employee records
- Handle foreign worker matters, including passes and accommodation
- Coordinate staff training and liaise with trainers
- Support departments in identifying training needs and submitting grants/claims
- Organize staff welfare activities to boost engagement
- Contribute to HR initiatives and assist with ad hoc tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum Dip/Deg in Business or Human Resource
- Prior payroll working experience will be an advantage.
