Payroll Processing & Administration
. Accurately process monthly payroll. including salary adjustments. overtime. incentives. and deductions.
. Validate attendance records and unpaid leave, leave balances for payroll computation.
. Process payroll for new hires, resignees, and contract changes.
. Administer deductions for CPF, income tax (IRAS), Insurance premiums, and other authorized contributions.
. Ensure timely salary disbursement and compliance with CPF and income tax regulations.
. Generate monthly payroll reconciliation reports and coordinate with the finance Department.
. Handle tax clearance for foreign employees leaving the company.
. Prepare and submit IR21, IRSA. and manage tax-related matters.
. Generate and distribute payslips to employees in a timely manner.
. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll deductions, payslips, and Other payroll related issues.
. Support HR onboarding processes. including otter letters, contracts, and new hire documentation including benefits enrolment.
. Prepare employment verification letters and other documentation as required.
. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HR manager/ Management.
. Utilize and maintain payroll software systems to efficiently process payroll transactions.
. Monitor system updates and troubleshoot any payroll processing issues.
Statutory Compliance & Reporting
. Stay up to date with MOM, C PF, and IRAS regulations to ensure payroll compliance.
. Prepare and submit payroll-related reports for government audits and Internal reviews.
. Administer government-paid claims (Maternity. Childcare, NS Make-up Pay, etc.)
. HR Data Management
. Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure timely updates on salary changes, benefits, and deductions.
. Conduct periodic payroll audits to identity discrepancies and resolve issues proactively.
. Safeguard confidentiality and integrity of payroll information.
. Other tasks assigned by reporting manager from time to time
