This role is a deputy position to help lead the payment Ops team in day-to-day payments processing and will have the opportunity to be part of various projects to improve efficiency and optimize workflows.

Key responsibilities

Exercise oversight on daily payments operations for both SWIFT and local channels.
Be part of payment related projects to drive process improvement, system enhancement and testing.
Assist the team lead in planning and managing the team's performance.

Role requirements

At least 8 years of payments operations experience from the financial services sector in corporate/B2B setting.
Experience in payments related projects.
Team management experience will be plus but not a pre-requisite.
