This role is a deputy position to help lead the payment Ops team in day-to-day payments processing and will have the opportunity to be part of various projects to improve efficiency and optimize workflows.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Exercise oversight on daily payments operations for both SWIFT and local channels.
• Be part of payment related projects to drive process improvement, system enhancement and testing.
• Assist the team lead in planning and managing the teams performance.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• At least 8 years of payments operations experience from the financial services sector in corporate/B2B setting.
• Experience in payments related projects.
• Team management experience will be plus but not a pre-requisite.
