Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product ownership for the Global Payment Channel Network including vendor/service integration, onboarding, configuration, and decommissioning.
  • Responsible for the full life-cycle management (launch/update/operation/decommission) of the payment channel network center.
  • Translate business and regional needs into integration specifications and acceptance criteria; coordinate internal stakeholders (engineering, QA, compliance, finance, ops, local markets) and external partners.
  • Review and validate technical designs and API specifications; partner closely with engineering to ensure integrations meet security, performance and compliance standards.
  • Establish and track key product and operational metrics (payment success rate, authorization latency, error rates, uptime, settlement accuracy, chargeback rates, user drop-off) and drive improvements.
  • Design and implement channel health checks, SLA monitoring, alerting and runbooks; lead incident response and postmortems for channel-related outages.
  • Own user experience considerations related to payment flows minimize friction, optimize fallback routing, and ensure consistent messaging and error handling across channels and platforms.
  • Manage vendor relationships and commercial matters relevant to channel performance (SLA, support windows, escalation path).
  • Drive projects plan timelines, manage dependencies, run cross-functional standups and ensure timely delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years specifically in payment channel integrations or payments product delivery.
  • Deep domain experience in payment products / payment industry
  • Strong technical literacy able to read and interpret API docs, technical proposals, and integration guides; comfortable discussing design choices with engineers.
  • Data-driven and metric-focused mindset; experience owning KPIs and running experiments/optimizations.
  • Highly detail-oriented, rigorous, responsible and able to produce clear documentation and runbooks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; able to communicate clearly with internal and external technical and business stakeholders.
