Key Responsibilities
Own the product vision, roadmap, and KPIs. Understand merchant pain points and translate them into product requirements.
Bridge business stakeholders, merchants, and technical teams through research and usability testing.
Partner with design to create intuitive user journeys, contributing to wireframes and prototypes when needed. Support multi-language and accessible experiences.
Work with AI/ML teams to integrate intelligent features such as onboarding assistance and predictive analytics, ensuring they are transparent and user-friendly.
Prioritize features focused on self-serve efficiency and automation. Write user stories and ensure timely execution.
Collaborate with engineering and design in Agile sprints, representing the customer voice throughout development.
Job Requirements
5+ years in product management or ownership, with mobile app experience.
Deep knowledge of B2B platforms, SME needs, and self-serve models.
Background in fintech, payments, SaaS, or merchant services.
Strong app design skills-able to create and evaluate wireframes and prototypes.
Data-driven and analytical.
Proficient in Agile, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
Bonus: Hands-on experience with AI/ML product integration.
