We are currently seeking a Payment Operations Specialist to join our subsidiary in Singapore, HQ APAC in providing support to our asia payments team.
WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Testing and monitoring payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Working on incoming tickets related to incoming payments, payouts & fraud
- Support and advice the management in all matters related to payment methods and systems.
- Support in the maintenance of in-house online payment systems.
- Investigate and resolve any payment-related issues, collaborating with internal teams and external partners as needed.
- Liaising with the IT development teams to plan and execute efficient sprint cycles to ensure user stories are well defined and ready for implementation.
- Produce technical documentation and guidance.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Information Technology, Business Technology or similar qualification is required.
- 2-3 years relevant professional experience in the area of international payments and payment gateways. Good knowledge of the APAC market is necessary.
- Relevant experience with JIRA and SQL is a competitive advantage.
- Ability to efficiently manage incoming and outgoing tasks based on priorities.
- Capacity and will to quickly learn new software and systems.
- Strong hands-on mentality, solutions-mindedness and striving for excellence.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and partners.
- Fluenc in written and spoken English to communicate with our international level, second language will be appreciated.
