We are currently seeking a Payment Operations Specialist to join our subsidiary in Singapore, HQ APAC in providing support to our asia payments team.

WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Testing and monitoring payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Working on incoming tickets related to incoming payments, payouts & fraud
  • Support and advice the management in all matters related to payment methods and systems.
  • Support in the maintenance of in-house online payment systems.
  • Investigate and resolve any payment-related issues, collaborating with internal teams and external partners as needed.
  • Liaising with the IT development teams to plan and execute efficient sprint cycles to ensure user stories are well defined and ready for implementation.
  • Produce technical documentation and guidance.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Business Technology or similar qualification is required.
  • 2-3 years relevant professional experience in the area of international payments and payment gateways. Good knowledge of the APAC market is necessary.
  • Relevant experience with JIRA and SQL is a competitive advantage.
  • Ability to efficiently manage incoming and outgoing tasks based on priorities.
  • Capacity and will to quickly learn new software and systems.
  • Strong hands-on mentality, solutions-mindedness and striving for excellence.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and partners.
  • Fluenc in written and spoken English to communicate with our international level, second language will be appreciated.
