- Support cash management operations for domestic and cross border payments, including SWIFT, MEPS+, GIRO, and Remittance Fund Transfers
- Facilitate transaction processing for digital payments products, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Performing payments related tasks such as toring of SWIFT/MEPS messages and reconciliation timely and accurately
- Investigate and resolve payment exceptions transactional and reconciliation breaks
- Participate in operational initiatives, system enhancements and new product implementation
- A Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 3 years of experience in Payment Operations is preferred
- Knowledge of SWIFT/MEPS payment messages and relevant systems would be advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with process improvement or transformation experience
