Payment Manager

By unifying data across systems, the platform removes information silos and enables seamless business processes. This helps companies improve efficiency, reduce costs, and achieve integrated smart office operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize payment flows across multiple products
• Drive direct acquiring / direct settlement strategy
• Work with acquiring banks and PSPs (e.g. Worldpay) for merchant setup
• Evaluate and reduce payment cost (MDR, FX, routing)
• Define settlement, reconciliation and fund flow structure
• Liaise with compliance on regulatory requirements (under Monetary Authority of Singapore where applicable)
• Support chargeback, fraud and risk strategy

Requirements

4–8 years in:

• Payments / Fintech / PSP / Acquiring
• Hands-on experience in:
• merchant onboarding / acquiring / payment gateway
• Strong understanding of:
• payment flow (authorization → capture → settlement)
• MDR / interchange / fees
• chargebacks & risk
