Payments Strategy Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize payment flows across multiple products
• Drive direct acquiring / direct settlement strategy
• Work with acquiring banks and PSPs (e.g. Worldpay) for merchant setup
• Evaluate and reduce payment cost (MDR, FX, routing)
• Define settlement, reconciliation and fund flow structure
• Liaise with compliance on regulatory requirements (under Monetary Authority of Singapore where applicable)
• Support chargeback, fraud and risk strategy

Requirements

• 4-8 years in Payments / Fintech / PSP / Acquiring
• Hands-on experience in merchant onboarding / acquiring / payment gateway
• Strong understanding of payment flow (authorization → capture → settlement), MDR / interchange / fees, Chargebacks & Risk
