Java Payment Architect (Cross-border Payment Industry)

What you'll do:

As a Payment Technical Expert, you will be responsible for building a catering and retail payment platform that supports high concurrency and multi-scenarios, ensuring a high degree of unity in the stability of the payment link and business flexibility.

Industry Solution Design: Dig deep into the pain points of catering and retail industries (e.g., store fund collection, franchisee settlement reconciliation, refund link optimization, etc.), design and lead the end-to-end closed-loop technical solutions.

System Architecture Implementation: Be responsible for the overall payment system architecture design for offline retail scenarios (scan code ordering, POS offline payment, aggregated payment, settlement and splitting, etc.), ensuring the system has high availability and horizontal scalability.

Cross-team Collaboration: Cooperate with internal teams such as product, technology, testing, operations, pre-sales, and customer service to promote the implementation of projects throughout the full life cycle, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of solutions.

Who We Want:

We are looking for a practical architect who not only understands the underlying logic of payments but also can dive into front-line business scenarios.

Industry In-depth Research: 8+ years of experience in Internet or payment development, with at least 3-5 years of intensive work in the catering or retail industry. Have a profound understanding of the industry's payment characteristics (e.g., self-service terminal/offline code, scan code ordering, multi-level settlement logic).

Payment Experience: Familiar with and understand the overall process and design of payment systems, including cash registers, orders, channel routing, merchant onboarding, etc.

Team Collaboration: Possess excellent cross-team collaboration capabilities, able to handle conflicts of demand from multiple business parties, and promote the implementation of complex cross-team projects in a high-pressure environment.

Communication & Perspective: Have rigorous logical thinking and concise and efficient expression. Be able to understand the value of payment from a business perspective, rather than being limited to technical implementation.

Preferred Qualifications:

a. Candidates with core payment architecture experience in large-scale chain catering or well-known new retail platforms are preferred.

b. Familiar with cross-border payment, international credit card payment, or having overseas payment experience is a plus.
