What You'll Be Doing
Frontline Patient & Ward Support
- Manage patient admissions, transfers, and discharge procedures accurately and promptly
- Handle appointment scheduling and administrative coordination
- Maintain and update patient records using hospital systems with high accuracy
- Respond to ward requests from nurses and doctors, often concurrently, while staying focused and composed
Operational Excellence
- Multi‑task across systems, phone calls, walk‑in queries, and urgent ward requests
- Work confidently with computers and clinical support systems
- Support smooth ward operations in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
This role requires working
2 shifts, including
weekends, and being comfortable in an environment where interruptions are frequent and priorities can change quickly.

Requirements
